The ERA® Locca range of products answers many questions that are now asked about accessibility. It is a small unit fitted inside the property and plugged into a standard wall socket. It is wired to a lock of your choice and allows up to 19 remote keys to be programmed.

In more complex situations we can install the Locca - Multi which allows for up to 999 remote keys to be programmed. The Locca Access can remotely open a door up to 50 metres away and the Locca Multi is adjustable from 1,5 metres to 50 metres thus both providing the user with excellent flexibility of use.

The new Locca Connecta wireless intercom is an ideal solution for people with mobility problems. It has a range of up to 200 metres and allows the user to communicate by voice to a visitor even if the user is in the garden.

Operation is really simple - just press a button to talk to the visitor and assuming you wish them to have access to your premises just press another button to open the door.

The hand unit has large tactile buttons allowing the user to speak to visitors and let them in so it is highly suitable for the elderly.

Many electronic keeps commonly used with access control units do not provide a high level of security. However, the new electronic multi-point lock offered by Theam Security complies to the relevant security standards PAS23/24 and is Secured by Design for use in composite doors, so high security is guaranteed.

The lock is available for front doors or main entry/exit doors. As no lever is required on the outside of the door this means that when the door is closed dead bolts automatically fire into the door frame keeps, leaving the door in a locked position. This removes the need to lift handles and turn keys.

The door can be opened by simple use of the lever handle on the inside of the door or by the innovative ERA Locca system, for security at the touch of a button. Additionally, a conventional key can be used to dead lock the door for added security and total peace of mind.

The Door Scope offers a distinct advantage over the more commonly used viewers because it displays a 40mm clear image of who is at the door.

The door scope can be viewed at a distance and from any angle.

The door scope is ideal for people who have weaker eyesight or mobility problems by enabling them to see a clear picture of who is at the door without the risk of opening it.

The Door Bar, also known as Door Guard provides additional security over standard door chains.

The Jackloc window restrictor was designed with Health and Safety in mind. Suitable for every type of opening window or door. Can be fitted to all materials. Key lockable for individual locks or multiples.

The lock will always engage when the key is removed. Steel rope or chain link options produced to any lengths. Security screws are provided for wood, steel, aluminium and UPVC.
